Evergreen Choir

If you can carry a tune and like to sing, we would be happy to have you join us. It is not necessary to be able to read music, nor will you be asked to audition. Music and shared pleasure are not only good for the soul, but also for the heart and lungs! We rehearse from September to June on a Wednesday afternoon from 1:45 to 3:30 pm.

We have two concerts a year at the Seniors Centre in December and May. We also sing at the ASA annual memorial service held at the Centre towards the end of January. In addition, we usually sing at three seniors’ residences in June after our Spring concert. In June we get together for a pot luck dinner and sing songs that everyone knows to end our singing year. It’s a lot of fun. Come out and join us. And meet new people.
