I just celebrated my 75th milestone Birthday and because of the travel ban my sister and I had to cancel a fabulous British Isles Cruise that was planned for over a year.
My sister sent me this celebration dinner from the Keg, for my husband Bob to prepare for me. He decided to cook it for lunch. Now he is not a cook, but tried very hard to follow the two pages of instructions that came with it.
He was very busy cooking, setting the table, pouring the wine and making it as special as possible considering the circumstances. He did a great job even did the clean-up. He was quite exhausted.
At 3:15 we had our stretch and relax session with Brandie. Sitting in a stable chair Brandie says, “put you head down to collar bone, then try and make your head heavier”. As I am sitting beside him she then says, “raise your hands over you head”. I waited for awhile and Bob does not have his hands over his head. He was FAST ASLEEP sitting up. Preparing the birthday meal did him in.
